We are currently seeking a talented WordPress Web and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in WordPress development, with proficiency in utilizing tools such as Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and Advanced Custom Fields. The role requires a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve queries related to WordPress websites, as well as expertise in setting up new domains and managing hosting packages through cPanel.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, ensuring functionality and user experience meets client requirements.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins, leveraging Advanced Custom Fields where necessary.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of WordPress issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Manage domain registrations, DNS settings, and hosting configurations using cPanel or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate websites with marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless user journeys.
• Create and optimize graphics for web use using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web development and graphic design.

Requirements:

• High speed internet connection and power backup at candidate’s place of residence are a must since the position is a hybrid position which involves working from home and from the office.
• Proven experience 2 years as a WordPress Web Designer or similar role in a digital agency or related field.
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including hands-on experience with Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and Advanced Custom Fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for WordPress-related issues.
• Familiarity with managing domains, hosting packages, and DNS settings using cPanel.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of web standards, responsive design, and SEO principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix) is a plus.
